Kochi: In the most controversial Abhaya case no the term is for Supreme court judge Justice Cyriac Joseph. On 10th Monday CBI told to the High Court that Cyriac whenhe was working as the Highcourt justice of Karnatak he visited Forensic Lab in Bangalore and he examine the narco analysis CDs of Abhaya case. CBI said this by quoting the words of Dr.Malini, the head of the Bangalore Lab. She also asked that how a CD examined by a Justice can be termed as duplicate. CBI is now under the contempt of court case. Justice made his visit on 2008. But Malini also told that Cyriac's visit was a personal one. CBI also have the evidence of his visit.
