Thiruvananthapuram: In the present most controversial case of Kerala, the Lavlin Case, suspected CPI(M) state secretary Pinarayi vijayan moves to the Supreme court. He filed a WRIT through advocate Sameer Parekh. State government is in the opposition. In the nearly 500 page WRIT Pinarayi asked for the withdrawal of case diary against him submitted by CBI. He also asked for termed the step of Governor as against the Legislation. There is reports that Pinarayi will give a request also to speed the process of considering his WRIT.
At this point, Opposition leader Ummen Chandy told in a pressnote that Pinarayi's this step is because of his fear towards facing the case in the court.
