IFFK-2009, Registration for delegates starts


Kerala State Chalachithra Academy starts the registration for the delegate pass of IFFK-2009. Only persons above 18 years can apply for Delegate Pass.

  1. Ordinary Delegate Fee Rs. 300/
  2. For students Rs. 200/- on submission of proof of being a Bonafide student
  3. Last Date for Registration is 30th Nov 2009
  4. Demand Drafts to be payable at Trivandrum to Secretary, Federation of Film Societies of India

Instructions to Delegates

  • The filled up form can be sent either online or by post
  • Please note the registration no of the form and send along with stamp size photograph (if not sent online) and delegate fee to Secretary ,Federation of Film Societies of India Office, Kalabhavan, Trivandrum 695014, Kerala Ph: 0091 471 2321953
  • You may collect your Delegate card only after submission of money from Federation of Film Societies of India Office, Kalabhavan, Trivandrum after 5th Dec 2009.
  • If you want the card to be sent to you, please enclose Rs 5/-(Five rupees) stamped self addressed envelope along with registration no, delegate fee and stamp size photograph.
  • Card will be ready only after receiving the photograph and delegate fee along with registration number.
  • After Registration please make payments by DD/Cash payable at Trivandrum to Secretary, Federation of Film Societies of India. Please write your serial number at the back of the DD.

Regulations

  1. Children will not be allowed into the screening.
  2. Seating will be on a first come first served basis. Certain seats can be reserved in advance by delegates. The procedure will be published later.
  3. Delegates will not be allowed to enter the theatre 10min after a screening begins
  4. Delegate card holder is eligible for admission to the inaugural and closing functions
  5. The delegate card holder will be eligible for admission to the theatres mentioned on the card.
  6. Use of mobile phones during screenings is strictly prohibited
  7. Unauthorized photography and videography will not be allowed in the theatres
  8. Accreditation can be cancelled by the festival authorities incase of misconduct by the Delegate or misuse of the delegate card
